Twenty-six student-athletes from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) were announced to the Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on February 21, 2023.
The 2022‐23 Academic All‐District® Women’s Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student‐athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All‐America® program separately recognizes women’s basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All‐District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All‐America® ballot. First‐, second and third‐team Academic All‐ America® honorees will be announced in mid‐March. The CSC Academic All‐District® teams include the student‐athletes listed on the following pages.
Adrian College, Hope College, and Trine University all lead the MIAA women's basketball programs with four All-District® honorees each, followed by Alma College, Kalamazoo College, and Olivet College each with three honorees. Calvin University and Saint Mary's College were both represented by two players on the All-District Team®, while Albion College had one honoree on the All-District Team®.
