Senior Avery Campbell (Waterford, Mich. / Mott) competed at the MIAA Championship over the week and led her team to a fourth-place finish within the conference. Campbell won two races, breaking her own school and MIAA record in both. She ran an 11.77 in the 100m dash, currently good for fourth in the NCAA this season, and ran a 24.09 in the 200m dash, good for the second fastest time in the NCAA. Campbell anchored the 4x100 relay with teammates Alexander Edmond, Alexis Ames, and Lauren Fenstermaker. Campbell crossed the finish line third with a time of 48.84, helping the relay team drop 1.96 seconds.
