Sophomore pitcher Jaxon Clark (Clinton, Ohio/ Massillon Jackson) played a crucial role in helping the Bulldogs win the 2024 MIAA Baseball Tournament. By winning the conference tournament, Clark and the Bulldogs secured an automatic NCAA Tournament qualification. Clark led the Bulldogs to the championship game after defeating the MIAA regular season champions 3-2. Clark went 6.2 innings on the mound, where he allowed one run on four hits with four strikeouts. He finished the tournament with a 1.35 earned-run average and a .75 whip while being perfect in the field. Clark's performance puts him third in the league with an overall whip of 1.23 and fifth with a 3.69 earned-run average for the season.
