Freshman outfielder/utility player Landrie Fridsma (Grand Rapids, Mich. / East Kentwood) competed in four games for the Hornets over the week.  Fridsma hit .625 over the week - 10 hits in 16 at bats - having at least one hit in each game.  She scored seven runs, two runs batted in, and went 6-6 on stolen bases.  Fridsma also had a .647 on-base percentage and a perfect fielding percentage (6-of-6).  Overall, Fridsma is currently in the MIAA's top three with a batting average of .500 and an on-base percentage of .538.
