Junior wrestler Boe Eckman (White Pigeon, Mich. / Constantine) won his final regular season tournament of the year at the Mid-States Invitational in the 285-pound bracket. Eckman finished the day 5-0 after competing against both in and out-of-conference opponents with four pins completed in a total time of 5 minutes and 35 seconds. In the championship match, Eckman pinned a two-time NCAA All-American from Baldwin Wallace in just 19 seconds. Eckman's performance led The University of Olivet wrestling team to a third-place finish at the 2024 Mid-States Invitational.
