Graduate student catcher Hailey DeChalk (Brighton, Mich. / Salem) assisted the Bulldogs to back-to-back wins against Calvin with a 4-2 victory in game one and a 6-3 win in the second contest.  In the second game, DeChalk started Adrian off with a three-run bomb and then came up after that with clutch hits to add more runs against the Knights.  Over the week, DeChalk slashed a .429/.429/1.143 and totaled one run, three hits, two doubles, five runs batted in, and eight put outs.
