Junior Luke Witvliet (Grandville, Mich. / Grandville Christian) competed at the Wisconsin LaCrosse Phil Esten Challenge.  Witvliet ran a lifetime personal record of 29:41.70 in the 10,000m run.  He finished second overall in a field of more than 60 of some of the best distance runners in Division III.  Witvliet currently leads the MIAA by more than two minutes and is ranked twelfth in the country.
