Senior Braxton Lamey (Ithaca, Mich. / Ithaca) led the Scots to a third-place team finish at the Northwood Invite, behind only Division II's Northwood and Lake Superior State.  Lamey placed sixteenth overall with a time of 20:21.7 over the 6K course and was the first Division III runner to cross the finish line.  His time is also the second-fastest run in Alma College cross country history over the 6K distance, missing the school record by a little over nine seconds.
