Senior Rebecca Markham (Hoffman Estates, Ill. / William Fremd) was crowned the 2023 MIAA Most Valuable Runner after concluding the 2023 MIAA Women's Cross Country Championship 6K with a time of 21:03.8.  Markham is now a two-time First Team All-MIAA honoree after earning all-conference recognition in 2021.  She assisted the Flying Dutch to the co-championship title, shared with Calvin University.
