Senior Ana Tucker (Midland, Mich. / Herbert Henry Dow) was crowned the 2022 Most Valuable Runner after notching a victory at the MIAA Cross Country Championship, hosted by Alma College at Shepherd High School.  Tucker's 6K time of 20:52.2 assisted the Flying Dutch to the championship title for the seventh-straight season.  She is now a three-time All-MIAA honoree.
