Junior Braxton Lamey (Ithaca, Mich. / Ithaca) competed at the SVSU Holiday Open over the weekend to start the indoor track and field season.  Lamey placed second in the 5000m run with a time of 15:57.42.  That performance is the sixth best on Alma College's all-time indoor performance list for that event and currently stands as the 40th fastest in the country according to TFRRS.
