Among the highlights from the 2017 season:
- Adrian benefitted from a five-run third inning in the title game of the 2017 MIAA Baseball Tournament, defeating Kalamazoo 8-3.
- Adrian represented the MIAA at the 2017 NCAA Championships, going 1-2 with a first-round win over St. Thomas (Minn.).
- Kalamazoo's Ryan Orr and Adrian's Tommy Parsons were named co-Most Outstanding Pitchers to headline the 2017 All-MIAA team.
