• Adrian's Britney Carnagie (Fr., Macomb, Mich.) continued her attack on the Bulldogs' record book in the javelin, winning the event at the Gina Relays with a team-record throw of 42.31m.

• Alma's Chelse Van Spronsen (Sr., Jenison, Mich.) won the 3,000m run at the Calvin Tune-Up, clipping the tape in 11:06.94.

• Calvin's Jenna Dyksen (Sr., Hawthorne, N.J.) was a two-time winner at the Calvin Tune-Up, winning both the 100m hurdles (15.11) and triple jump (37 feet, 4 inches).

• Hope's Rachel Satkiewicz (Sr., Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) was the runner up in the 200m dash at Calvin's Tune-Up April 28, posting a time of 27.18.

• Olivet took part at the Gina Relays, with multiple competitors hitting season bests and personal bests in their respective events.

• Trine competed at the Gina Relays, with Jensyn Garrow (Jr., Archbold, Ohio) taking 11th in the 400m dash as one of the Thunder's top individual finishers.

• Earning MIAA Athlete of the Week honors for April 30 were:
