• Adrian competed at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, where Rachel Dolphin (Sr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) was fifth in the 100m dash (12.71) and part of Adrian's 4x400 relay team that took fourth in 4:07.92.
• Alma's Hannah Garn (Jr., Charlotte, Mich.) was the winner of the 3,000m run (10:40.99) at the Calvin College Tune-Up April 29. Finishing second in their respective events were Chelse Can Spronsen (Jr., Jenision in the 3,000m steeplechase (12:01.94) and Erin Goggins (So., Hastings, Mich.) in the pole vault (3.30m).
• Calvin sent a partial squad to the Hillsdale Gina Relays while hosting the Calvin College Tune-Up. Winning the javelin at the Calvin Tune-Up was Allison Rozell (Fr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) with her effort of 125 feet, 9 inches. Rozell then added a second-place finish in the long jump (16-9.5), while Jenna Dyksen (Jr., Hawthorne, N.J.) won the 100m hurdles (14.99).
• Hope's Erin Herrmann (Sr., Wheaton, Ill.) improved on her school record in the 3,000m steeplechase and moved into first in the nation with her time of 10:27.23 while competing at the Hillsdale Gina Relays. Teammate Alison Rich (Jr., Haslett, Mich.) was first in the heptathlon (4,280).
• Olivet turned in individual PRs at Hillsdale Gina Relays, with the 4x800m relay team setting the program record time with their finish in 10:19.87 to take fifth.
• Trine throwers were in action at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, where Kara Eck (Jr., Auburn, Ind.) was first in the hammer throw (57.72m) and third in the shot put (13.48m). Jenn Stayer (Sr., Fenton, Mich.) finished ninth in the hammer, moving into 20th nationally after her effort of 46.97 meters.
