Six Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's track and field teams produced 20 student-athletes selected as All-Region performers by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Selections are made in eight regions, with honors going to the top five individuals in each event in each region, and the top three relay teams in each region.
Hope's Erin Herrmann led the way with All-Region honors in three events (1,500m Run; 3,000m Steeplechase; 5,000m Run) and enters the 2017 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships with the top time nationally.
Three MIAA women's hurdlers were among the region's top five performers: Adrian's Takiyah Smith, Albion's Angela Morrison; and Calvin's Jenna Dyksen.
