2017 MIAA Year In Review - Women's Outdoor Track & Field

Among the highlights from the 2017 season:

- The 2017 MIAA Field Day saw Calvin come away with their 28th consecutive team title with nearly a 50-point margin over second place Hope.

- The 2017 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships were memorable for members of Hope women's track and field squad, as Erin Herrmann was the National Champion in the 3,000m steeplechase. Also earning All-America honors was Hope's Alison Rich in the heptathlon.

- Trine's Kara Eck (Most Valuable Field) and Hope's Erin Herrmann (Most Valuable Track) earned top MIAA accolades to lead the All-MIAA squad in 2017.
