The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has named Calvin's McKenzie Diemer its Women's Track Athlete of the Week for meets through April 26.

Diemer, a junior from Caledonia (Grand Rapids South Christian), ran a 10:36.75 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Hillsdale's Gina Relays. Diemer's time ranks first in the MIAA and fourth nationally. She is being honored as Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career.
