Week #17 Wrap-Up for April 23-29
• Hope concluded regular season play with a 9-0 win over Adrian April 28, marking the FLying Dutch's 39th consecutive MIAA regular season victory. Amanda Bandrowski (So., Traverse City, Mich.) dropped just one game in wins at No. 2 doubles and No. 1 singles.
• Kalamazoo was a two-time winner last week, including a 5-4 win against Calvin April 28 to secure a tie for second in regular season standings. Maddy Winarski (Fr., Rochester Hills, Mich.) was a four-time winner on the week, including a key 7-6, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles against Calvin.
• Trine's win over Alma April 25 pushed the Thunder into the MIAA postseason, their first tournament appearance since 2008. The Thunder took five of six individual wins on the way to a 7-2 victory over the Scots.
