Week #15 Wrap-Up for April 9-15
• Calvin improved to 3-1 in MIAA play with a 9-0 victory over Albion April 11. Among the two-time winners for the Knights were Leah Newhof (Fr., Caledonia, Mich.), who was victorious at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.
• Hope was a two-time winner last week against MIAA opponents, winning by 9-0 scores against Alma April 9 and Trine April 13. Claire Hallock (So., Lakeland, Fla.) and Taylor LaBarge (Jr., Hudsonville, Mich.) not only were 8-2 winners at No. 1 doubles, but both were 6-0, 6-0 victors at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively.
• Kalamazoo twice won in MIAA play, defeating Trine April 11, 8-1, and Adrian April 14, 8-1. Maria Franco (Sr., Quito, Ecuador) was among the two-time winners in both matches with her victories at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.
• Saint Mary's tallied two wins in MIAA play during a 2-1 week, with Lilly Chamberlin (Fr., Harbor Springs, Mich.) going 6-0 in all three contests.
