• Albion and Calvin were in action last weekend, as both teams competed at the four-team Calvin Quad Nov. 3-4. Calvin took first place with a team score of 1155, while Albion (861 points) edged Carthage by one point for second place.
Calvin's Abby VanHarn swept the sprint freestyle events, touching first in the 50 free (23.99), 100 free (52.80), and 200 free (1:56.71). VanHarn also was on Calvin's winning 400 free relay (3:36.58) and 800 free relay (7:58.98) teams.
Anna Serino led a 1-2-3 Calvin finish in the 500 free, while Albion notched a 2-3 finish in both the 200 breast and 200 fly.
