Adrian's Fleming Garners Google Cloud Academic All-America® Accolades in Women's Soccer

The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced the NCAA Division III Google Cloud Academic All-America® honorees Tuesday (Dec. 4), with Adrian's Caroline Fleming representing the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association as a Third Team selection.

The national athletic and academic honor is the first for Fleming, a junior forward for the Bulldogs.

Fleming is working toward a degree in athletic training, where she owns a 3.99 grade-point average. On the field, Fleming was a key factor in helping Adrian capture their first-ever MIAA Tournament title to advance to the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship; Fleming tallied 11 goals and nine assists for 31 points during Adrian's 14-6-1 season.

The Division III Google Cloud Academic All-America® program is financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2018-19 Division III Academic All-America® teams. Student-athletes must have sophomore academic standing at their institutions and have a cumulative grade-point average at 3.30 or higher and been a First-Team Academic All-District® selection to move onto the national ballot.
