Albion

Megan Moco (Grosse Ile, Mich.) has been consistent in the four MIAA Jamborees with her scores ranging from 81-85. She is 10th in the league with an 83.5-stroke average. Madison Kroetsch (Novi, Mich.) is 11th with an 84-stroke average.


Alma

The Alma College women's golf team finished in fourth place at the fourth MIAA Jamboree on Saturday (Sept. 29). The Scots are fifth in the conference after four tournaments, picking up six strokes on at the Milham Park Golf Club. Seniors Tori Basso (Lake Orion, Mich./Lake Orion) and Kennedy Hilley (Lake Odessa, Mich./Lakewood) each finished with a 79, finishing tied for third. Alma is two strokes behind Albion and six behind Calvin in the conference standings with two tournaments left in the Fall season.


Calvin

Calvin moved into third place in the MIAA overall standings by taking third at MIAA Jamborees hosted by Hope and Kalamazoo last week. Freshman Emma Dykhouse led Calvin at the tournament hosted by Hope with a round of 81 with sophomore Linnea McDonnough coming back with an 82 in Saturday's competition at Kalamazoo.


Hope

The Hope College women's golf team finished second at two MIAA Jamborees last week. The Flying Dutch shot a season-low score of 323 on its home course, The Ravines Golf Club. Jordyn Rioux's 76 on Tuesday was Hope's low round of the week.


Kalamazoo

The Kalamazoo College women's golf team finished in ninth place in two MIAA Jamborees this week at The Ravines and Milham Park. The team shot 385 in the first match with Darby Scott leading the Hornets by shooting an 88. Heather Muir and Cydney Martell followed at 92 and 94 respectively. Kalamazoo was seven shots at Milham Park and were once again lead by Darby Scott (87) who finished 18th overall. Kalamazoo returns to action at the MIAA Fall Finish at Bedford Valley Oct. 5-6.


Olivet

The Olivet College women's golf team tied for fourth at the third MIAA Jamboree and placed sixth at the fourth league jamboree. Junior Nicole Deweyert led the Comets at both, carding a 77 at The Ravines and an 83 at Milham Park.


Saint Mary's

The Belles used a pair of record-breaking performances to win both MIAA Jamborees during the week to extend their lead heading into the final weekend of play. Hunter Kehoe (70) tied the MIAA record for lowest 18-hole score as the Belles posted the lowest 18-hole round with a 293 on Tuesday. Summer Stillson (71) led the team on Saturday at Kalamazoo as the Belles shot 306 for their fourth win.
