• Adrian opened their 2017 fall campaign at the Lynn Schweizer Invitational Sept. 2-3, placing 12th out of 13 teams.
• At the Carthage Shootout Sept. 1-2, four MIAA teams were in action. Hope finished second in the 17-team field, 11 strokes off first place, with Jordyn Rioux (Fr., Farmington, Mich.) taking second place overall with a 79-80--160. Trine tied for sixth with a team score of 704, while Albion finished ninth with a 712. Calvin placed 15th overall at the event.
• Kalamazoo finished 12th at the Indiana Wesleyan Invitational Sept. 1-2, trimming their second round team score by 13 strokes to start the year.
• Saint Mary's and Olivet were top four finishers at Olivet's six-team Labor Day Classic at The Medalist Golf Club. Saint Mary's won the event with a team score of 650, as Taylor Kehoe (Jr., Traverse City, Mich.) and Summer Stillson (Fr., Nappanee, Ind.) tied for second overall with 158 scores. Olivet claimed fourth place overall.
