Spring Wrap-Up Week 5 for April 9-15
• Due to inclement weather, the first round of the 2018 MIAA NCAA Qualifier for Alma, Hope, Olivet, and Saint Mary's has been moved to Friday, April 20 at The Ravines in Saugatuck, Mich. The second and third rounds of the qualifier are still slated for April 27-28 at Knollwood CC in Granger, Ind.
• Albion defeated Trine in a match play event April 13, 42.5-38.5.
• Calvin and Hope competed against Wheaton and North Central for a four-team event April 13, with the second day of play cancelled due to weather. Hope's Megan Klintworth (Sr., Jackson, Mich.) shot an event-best five-over 77.
• Olivet and Saint Mary's played two rounds at the IIllinois Wesleyan Spring Fling April 14-15; Saint Mary's placed eighth with a team score of 663 (336-327) while Olivet finished 10th overall with a team score of 682 (339-343). Saint Mary's was led by a sixth-place effort from Taylor Kehoe (Jr., Traverse City, Mich.), who shot a 13-over 157 (76-81); Olivet's Nicole Deweyert (So., Dorchester, Ontario) finished 12th overall with a 160 (78-82).
