The MIAA women's golf teams faced off twice at the first two MIAA Jamborees of the 2016 season:
• On Monday, Sept. 19, Hope utilized a 1-2 finish to post a 14-stroke win over Saint Mary's at the MIAA Jamboree #1 at the Medalist Golf Club in Marshall, Mich. Hope's Nicole Meyer (Brighton, Mich.) fired an even-par 72, tying the record for low individual round at an MIAA event at The Medalist Golf Club. Hope's 309 team score established a new standard at the course for MIAA events.
• As the host institution, Saint Mary's edged Hope by three strokes at the MIAA Jamboree #2 at Knollwood Country Club in Granger, Ind., Saturday, Sept. 24. Taylor Kehoe (Traverse City, Mich.) of Saint Mary's was the medalist winner, edging teammate Lauren Read (Bremen, Ind.) by one stroke for the top honors.
