#D3MIAA Women's Golfers Gain Academic Honors from WGCA

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) released its recipients of their 2016-17 WGCA All-American Scholar award, as the national organization recognized 10 MIAA student-athletes.

Adrian's Emily Bristow and Elizabeth Barrett, Hope's Britni Gielow and Nicole Meyer, Olivet's Nicole Deweyert, Taylor Elley, Molly Morey, Hayley Cooper, and Ashley Folleth, and Saint Mary's Kaitlyn Gray were honored for their excellence in the classroom.

The criteria for selection to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
