• At the 2017 MIAA Men's Cross Country Championship Oct. 28 at Raisin Valley Golf Club, the Calvin Knights won their 31st consecutive team title with a 22-point performance.
Calvin's Mark DeJong crossed first with a time of 24:15.5, followed closely by Albion's Andrew Bill (24:21.7). Andrew Philipose of Calvin placed third after last year's second-place finish with a time of 24:29.3.
