• Adrian placed 14th at the SUNY Geneseo Invitational Sept. 30, paced by Clayton Lange's time of 27:26.6.

• Calvin turned in a stellar team performance at Notre Dame's Joe Paine Invitational Sept. 29. Competing as the lone NCAA Division III team in a Division I team field, Calvin placed six runners in the top 57 spots. Andrew Philipose (Sr., Mount Prospect, Ill.) and Mark DeJong (Sr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) finished 14th-15th to pace the Knights.

• Hope placed fourth in the Silver division of the Greater Louisville Classic Sept. 30, with Jacob Jansen (Sr., Johnston, Iowa) leading with a 16th-place finish.

• Kalamazoo ran in the Silver Division of the Greater Louisville Classic Sept. 30, finishing 22nd in the group. 

• Trine finished fourth in the Blue Division of the Greater Louisville Classic. Robert Lewis Duke (Sr., Greentown, Ind.) finished 12th with a time of 25:43.59.

• Earning MIAA Athlete of the Week honors for Oct. 2 was:

• In the Oct. 3 release of the USTFCCCA regional rankings, Calvin maintained their top spot, while Albion moved in at No. 3 in the Great Lakes Region.
