• Adrian and Olivet were in action at Olivet's Comet Open Sept. 1. Winning the unscored event was Olivet's Bruce Baker (Sr., Charlotte, Mich.), who covered the 5K course in 15:32.

• At the Sudeck Sundown Classic Sept. 1, Albion defeated two regionally-ranked opponents to win the four-team event. Andrew Bill (So., Berkley, Mich.) led the field with a time of 19:12.3 on the 6K course, as the Britons had four in the top seven finishers to combine for a score of 27.

• Alma faced two NCAA Division I opponents at the three-team Jeff Drenth Invitational Sept. 1. Justin Jones (Jr., Cedar Springs, Mich.) was Alma's top finisher with a time of 16:37.98.

• Hope and Calvin were both at the Hope College Vanderbilt Invitational Sept. 2. Calvin's Noah Cummisford (Fr., Mequon, Wis.) was the top MIAA finisher at the event, taking third with a time of 26:38.5.

• Trine won the four-team Hokum Karem Sept. 1, a race that features two-runner relay races over an eight-mile course. The Thunder swept the top four finishes, with the duo of Jonathan Phillips (Jr., Royal Center, Ind.) and Lewis Duke (Sr., Greentown, Ind.) crossing first with a time of 39:21.9.
