Adrian's Jordan Davis qualified for three events - 110m hurdles, high jump, and the 4x100m relay, for the 2018 NCAA Division III Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In all, 10 MIAA student-athletes will participate in seven championship events.
Davis is seeded ninth in the hurdles and 12th in the high jump after marks of 14.42 seconds and 2.08m, respectively. Davis and the Adrian relay team including Donovan Ervin, Marcus Higginbottom, and Randolph Fry, are seeded fourth after a qualifying time of 41.12.
For each men’s individual event contested, including the heptathlon, the top 20 declared student-athletes were accepted into the competition. For each relay event contested, the top 16 declared relay teams, one per institution, were accepted into the competition.
The championships will be held May 24-26 at the Veteran’s Memorial Field Sports Complex in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
