MIAA Men's Outdoor Track & Field Week #1 Wrap-Up

• Albion distance runners raced at the Southern Invitational March 11, where Andrew Bill (Fr., Berkley, Mich.) ran the second-best 5,000m run time in Albion history with an effort of 14:48.56.

• Hope started the outdoor season March 17-18 at the Emory Invitational, with Julian Morrison (Sr., Aurora, Ill.) winning the 10,000m run with a time of 31:44.44 against a field of 32 runners. 

• Olivet was also in action at the Emory Invitational March 17-18, with Bruce Baker (Jr., Charlotte, Mich.) taking third in the 10,000m run with a school-record time of 32:30.97.

• Trine's best finish at the Emory Invitational March 17-18 was a fifth-place finish by Derek Scott (Sr., Niles, Mich.) in the shot put; Scott fired for a distance of 13.28m, fifth out of 41 competitors.
