The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has named Olivet's Jalen Weaver its men's Track Athlete of the Week in track and field for meets through April 26.

Weaver, a senior from Albion (Albion HS), set an Olivet school record in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:52.43 at the Gina Relays at Hillsdale. His time ranks first in the MIAA in the 800 and 14^th nationally in Division III. Weaver is being honored as Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career.
