MIAA Swimming & Diving Championship - Day Two

After two days of finals at the 2017 MIAA Swimming and Diving Championship, two conference championship records were set by the Albion men's swimming squad.

Day Two Results

Men's Update

Albion's Sebastian Tostado improved on his MIAA record time from last season in the 200 IM by more than one second with an NCAA "B" cut time of 1:49.98. It was one of two record times for the senior, as he was integral in Albion's record-setting relay in the men's 400 Medley Relay; the Brits touched first in 3:18.27.

Women's Update

Calvin took the early lead with wins in the 50 free (Abby VanHarn, 23.48), the 500 free (Anna Serino, 5:04.54), and the 200 free relay (1:34.64). The Calvin free relay team was just four tenths of a second off matching the program's MIAA record time set last season.
