Calvin Captures 2018 MIAA Men's Soccer Championship

The Calvin College men's soccer team went 7-0-0 against Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association opponents this year, the first of a single-round robin schedule for conference play, allowing just two goals while scoring 37 to claim the 2018 MIAA Men's Soccer Championship.

As the regular season champions, Calvin will be the top seed in the upcoming MIAA Men's Soccer Tournament, where the winner will receive an automatic berth into the 2018 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship. The Knights will play Tuesday, Oct. 30, awaiting the winner of the Hope/Kalamazoo contest on Saturday, Oct. 27, hosted by higher-seed Hope.
