Spring Wrap-Up Week 6 for April 16-22
• In the first round of the 2018 MIAA NCAA Qualifier Tournament April 21 at Hope's Wuskowhan Players' Club, Hope shot a team score of even-par 284 to take a one-stroke advantage over Calvin. Hope's Josh Gibson (Jr., Grandville, Mich.) was one of four players to break par with a four-under 67 to take an early lead on the field.
Calvin will host the remaining two rounds of the spring qualifier April 27-28 at Watermark in Grand Rapids, with the winner earning the automatic berth to the NCAA Championship.

• Trine hosted the 13-team A.C. Eddy Invitational April 18, a field that included Olivet. Cameron Ruge (Fr., Coldwater, Mich.) fired a six-under 65 to set a team record on Zollner Golf Course in aiding the Thunder to their first-place finish.
