Adrian wide receiver Darius Philon (So., WR, Winter Haven, Fla.) represented the MIAA Tuesday on the D3football.com National Team of the Week after a standout performance in the Bulldogs' setback to Olivet Nov. 5.

Adrian pressed MIAA-leading Olivet on Saturday thanks to Philon's effort before dropping a 44-37 decision to the Comets. Philon had a career-high 10 receptions for 265 yards, with two touchdown receptions. Philon hauled in an 83-yard touchdown in the third quarter and added an eight-yard touchdown catch late in the game to cut Olivet's lead to just three points in the fourth quarter.
