The MIAA has two representatives in the 2016 d3baseball.com All- American team.

Following stellar performances this season, d3baseball.com has awarded second team All- American honors to Hope University's senior outfielder Ryan Konkle and honorable mention All-American to Adrian University's junior shortstop Ryan Dorow.

Konkle averaged .447 at the plate on the year, recording 68 hits on the year. Dorow hit .395 on the season with 66 hits.
