MIAA Player of the Week - August 27, 2018
The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has announced the student-athlete selected as its Athlete of the Week, for the week of competition ending on August 26, 2018.
The MIAA Athlete of the Week awards are nominated by coaches following one week of competition, and selected by a panel of MIAA Sports Information Directors, including the MIAA Director of Media Relations.
This week's winner is listed below with their respective achievements during last week's competition.
MIAA Women's Golf Athlete of the Week
Hunter Kehoe, Saint Mary's
Sophomore
Traverse City, Mich.
Hunter Kehoe led Saint Mary's to their first August event win in program history last week, shooting a 36-hole total of 76-77--153 to earn medalist honors at the Cross Town Classic Aug. 24-25. The Belles were nine strokes better than the five-team field, while Kehoe led the field by one stroke.
