On Monday, the MIAA awarded weekly honors for standout performances in baseball.

Earning MIAA Player of the Week honors for May 15 are:

• Tommy Parsons, Adrian (Baseball Pitcher)
• Hunter Hayes, Adrian (Baseball Position)

• Went 2-0 during Adrian's four-game MIAA Tournament title effort, throwing 12.0 innings and scattering eight hits while giving up just one earned run

• The nation's second-best pitcher in strikeout-to-walk ratio struck out 14 to two walks while posting .190 ERA

• Was perfect in fielding on 25 opportunities with 24 putouts
