Luke Wolters of Calvin earned the Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) on Tuesday for meets through May 3.
Wolters, a native of Vincennes, Ind., earned field athlete honors after clearing a career-best height of 15-11 in the pole vault last Saturday at the Calvin Tune-Up Invitational. Wolters mark currently ranks No. 15 on the NCAA III Outdoor Track and Field performance list.
