Kadie Koolwick of Albion collected Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) women’s lacrosse Player of the Week honors on Monday for games through March 27.

Koolwick, a senior from Bloomfield, earned offensive honors after scoring three points on two goals and an assist. The captain roamed the field for all 60 minutes and added five draw controls to maintain her overall lead in the conference. The Britons outshot Illinois Wesleyan 36-20 on Saturday and Koolwick registered five shots in the contest including four shots on goal. She also added a ground ball in Albion’s lone outing of the week.
