Justine Robles of Trine collected the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Baseball Player of the Week awards on Monday for games through April 24.

Robles, a sophomore from Long Beach, Calif., claimed pitcher of the week laurels by posting a perfect 0.00 ERA with a pair of victories and a save to lead Trine to three victories last week. In two complete-game wins and the relief effort, she allowed just seven hits and struck out 13 while allowing just two walks. Robles retired Olivet’s first 12 batters in order en route to her first victory of the week. Her save against Olivet in game two marked the seventh of her career to tie the all-time school record. Robles shutout on Saturday at Olivet marked her 15th of her career, tied for second in the Trine record books.
