Jonathan Gingrich of Calvin claimed the Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week Award from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) on Monday for meets through Oct. 11.

Gingrich, a senior from Powell, Ohio, won the individual title with a time of 25:54 on the 8K course of the Lansing Community College Invitational on Friday. 

As the first Knight to cross the finish line, Gingrich helped capture the Invitational title with a first-place score of 46 points.
